Enjoyed the performance! Pine Knob was lacking.
The performance by Pat Metheny and Little Big Town was fantastic! We had an enjoyable time. Staff at Pineknob seemed disorganized and lacked professionalism, which was disappointing. The no cash policy caused unnecessary delays. We tried to upgrade parking early on, but were told they were not ready. Strangely, the upgrade parking section was full after the concert. During the event, the people in front of us had two tickets for three individuals and somehow snuck the third person in. This led to them standing throughout the entire performance, including intermission. It was a very odd experience. It seems that times have changed for the worse. Despite the venue being less than ideal, the show was still great.
